About AASC
Since 2021, AASC has been working in Marrakech to transform the lives of NEET youth (not in employment, education, or training).
Addressing a Critical Challenge
In response to the challenge faced by 1.7 million NEETs in Morocco, we offer concrete opportunities for training and professional integration, with a special focus on the hospitality and tourism sector, a key pillar of the local economy.

We adopt an innovative and immersive pedagogy to meet the needs of both young people and employers.

Language Training
French, English, and Spanish tailored to the hospitality industry.
Specialized Training
Practical modules for careers in reception, culinary arts, customer service, and event management.

51 of 57 participants have secured employment — 34 permanent contracts (CDI) signed and 22 currently in placement.

Collaborations with hospitality leaders such as Park Hyatt Marrakech have enabled dozens of young people to gain valuable professional experience.
Inclusive Programs
We have integrated NEET youth from disadvantaged backgrounds or orphanages into our programs, offering them the chance to dream big.

What is RiseHY?
RiseHY is Hyatt's global program designed to empower opportunity youth by providing them with the skills, training, and employment opportunities in the hospitality industry. The program aims to hire 10,000 opportunity youth by 2025 across Hyatt properties worldwide.

22 Young People Begin Placements at Park Hyatt Marrakech
A new group of 22 participants started their placements at Park Hyatt Marrakech, with continuous on-site coaching from the AASC team and certified language courses alongside their integration.
Second RiseHY Cohort Signs Contracts
Twenty participants signed fixed-term contracts with a path to permanent employment, and three participants over 24 signed permanent contracts (CDI) after their placement.
First RiseHY Cohort Signs Contracts
The first eleven RiseHY participants signed six-month contracts at Park Hyatt Marrakech, later converted into permanent contracts — the first concrete outcome of the partnership.
